Funding Options
BSY Family department offers a bespoke and friendly service to all their clients. We offer a free half hour consultation to all those who do not qualify for assistance, for whatever reason. We treat all our clients as individuals and this is reflected in our flexible approach towards our fees, which often take into account the very different personal circumstances of each client.
Private Paying Clients
We charge for the work we do by applying an hourly charging rate. We will give you clear information at the first meeting about how much we charge. We will confirm this information to you in writing if you choose to instruct us, and we will provide you with a written estimate of how much time your case is likely to take. If you are paying your costs privately we will advise on setting up a monthly payment scheme by standing order.
