Anna Glenton
Anna Glenton qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and has specialised in Family Law ever since. She has an MA in Socio-Legal Studies (Children) and she is on the Law Society’s Family Panel. She is also a member of Resolution, a voluntary association of family lawyers which aims to deal with family law disputes in a constructive way. Her areas of expertise include children cases, domestic violence and the financial issues arising from relationship breakdown.
Yvonne Wade
Yvonne Wade has worked for BS&Y for 5 years having joined the firm in 2003. She qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1998 and has worked in a number of law firms in East Sussex since moving here in 1991. She undertakes all aspects of matrimonial work including resolving financial disputes.
She also deals with private law and public law Children Act matters. She has a wealth of experience of representing parents and grandparents in Care proceedings instigated by the local authority.
Yvonne also has vast experience in relation to issues around domestic violence and has often obtained an urgent order at the local county court in Brighton within hours of receiving instructions. Yvonne takes a compassionate approach to the issues surrounding family breakdown.
Dee Fulford LLB (Hons)
Dee has worked at BSY since 2004 as a paralegal. She carries out administrative matters within our family department, as well as having her own case load dealing with; divorce, ancillary relief, cohabitation, separation agreements, domestic violence and children matters.
